Answers

Everything people ask before they order

Do I need a mailing list?

No. Saturation mail reaches every household in the neighborhoods and ZIP codes you choose, with no list at all. To mail particular people, send your own customer or prospect list, or tell us who you want to reach and we build a list to those criteria for your mailing. Either way we clean it and tell you how many pieces will mail.

Do you need a bulk mail permit to use your service?

No. Everything mails under the USPS permit of the partner that prints your job, with its indicia on the piece, so you never pay permit or annual mailing fees. Nonprofits with their own USPS authorization can mail under it through us to get the nonprofit rate.

Where do you mail?

Anywhere in the continental United States, with dedicated pages for the sixty largest metros. Mail is printed by whichever of our three partners covers the area and entered into the USPS network for delivery, and every job is quoted for the city it mails to.

Can you design the postcard?

Yes, completely. You do not need a file of your own: we write the offer and design both sides, quoted with the job. If you already have artwork, send it and we preflight it free of charge; free templates for both sizes are there too.

Why is there no price list on the site?

Because pricing is set for each city and each job. Postage sorting, delivery entry, quantity, stock and the mail class all move the number, so a single national price list would be wrong for most mailings. A written quote for your city costs nothing.

What does the quote include?

Printing in full color on both sides on the stock listed, CASS and NCOA address processing, de-duplication, presort, Intelligent Mail barcodes, addressing, the postage statement, USPS entry, and USPS postage itself, each stated separately.

Are there setup fees or hidden charges?

No. No setup fee, no permit fee, no annual mailing fee, no list-processing fee and no rush fee on standard turnaround. Optional items such as custom design are quoted separately and shown before you approve anything.

Does the price go down for larger quantities?

Yes. Printing and mail processing cost less per piece as the run grows, and postage falls slightly when a list is dense enough to sort to the 5-digit level. Tell us the quantity you are considering, or two quantities, and the quote shows both.

How quickly do I get the quote?

A person puts each quote together, checking which of our three print and mail partners covers your area and which mail dates it has open, so it is not an instant price. It comes back in writing, priced for your city, and carries no obligation.

Can I get a quote for a size or product not on the site?

Yes. Custom sizes, specialty stocks, inserts, large volumes and unusual formats are quoted the same way: send the specification and the city through the form.
