What we believe about direct mail pricing
A direct mail quote should show the three things you are paying for. Printing is a manufacturing cost that falls with quantity and rises with size and stock. Mail processing is labor and software: address hygiene, presort, barcodes, paperwork, entry. Postage is set by the Postal Service and is the same for everyone. When a company folds all three into one per-piece number, the number it chooses is whatever the market will bear, and the customer cannot tell where the money went. We quote the three separately, for your city and your job, so the comparison is always available.
What we do
Every job is printed and mailed by one of the three largest print and mail companies in the country, through the exclusive partnerships we hold with them. The three do not cover the map the same way: each has its own distribution and its own calendar of mail dates. So when a request comes in, we look at where the cards are going and when they have to land, source the price from the partner that fits, and carry the job from file to proof to mail. The design, the list, the templates and the free preflight come from us. The industry pages describe the postcards that work in each field; the city pages describe the local mail.

Do you print in-house?
No. Every job is printed, addressed, presorted and entered at the USPS by one of the three largest print and mail companies in the US, through our exclusive partnerships with them. We handle the quote, the design, the list and the proof, and pick the partner whose distribution and mail dates fit the job.
Can I see postcards you have printed and mailed?
