Targeted Mailing Lists
Targeted mailing lists: reach the households and businesses most likely to buy
Buy targeted direct mail lists by geography, demographics, home value, business type and more: consumer, business, new mover and saturation lists with counts before you commit, quoted with your mailing.
The list decides more of a campaign's result than the design does. The same postcard sent to households that match your best customers can out-pull the same card sent to everyone by five to one. We build lists from national consumer and business databases that are updated monthly, and we tell you the count and the quoted cost before you commit to anything.
Select by radius around your location, ZIP codes, carrier routes, counties or the whole country; then by age, income, home value, home ownership, length of residence, presence of children, credit tier, interests, or, for businesses, industry, employee count, revenue and title. New mover lists are refreshed weekly. Saturation lists cover every address on a route at the lowest postage rate.
Which mailing list should you buy?
If your customer is nearly every household near you, buy a saturation list of the carrier routes around you (or mail EDDM, which needs no list at all). If your customer is a type of household, buy a targeted consumer list: homeowners above a home-value threshold within 10 miles for a remodeler; households with children aged 5 to 12 for a pediatric dentist; renters aged 25 to 40 for an apartment community. If you sell to businesses, buy a business list by industry and size with the owner or the title that buys. If you sell to people who just arrived, buy new movers.
New mover lists: the highest-response list there is
A household that moved in the last 30 days needs a dentist, a vet, a pizza place, a gym, a lawn service, an insurance agent, window coverings, a garage door repair and a dozen other things, and has no loyalties yet. New mover programs mail every week to the households that appeared that week, so a new family gets your offer in its first month. Response rates on new mover mail routinely run several times the rate of the same offer to established households.
Real estate farming lists
Agents farm a neighborhood by mailing the same few hundred to few thousand homes month after month. We pull the owner-occupied homes in a subdivision or ZIP, remove the ones owned by other agents if you like, add absentee owners as a separate segment for investor outreach, and keep the list refreshed so a house that sells drops out and a new owner drops in. The list can be licensed for twelve months of drops rather than bought each time.
What a list costs
Lists are priced per record and quoted with the mailing. Saturation lists cost the least because they contain little beyond an address; targeted consumer and business lists cost more as you stack selections; and specialty data such as new movers, lifestyle selects or verified email appends costs the most. A list licensed for three drops costs less per drop than three single-use lists, and it is usually the best money in the campaign.

Answers
Mailing Lists: questions people ask
How much does a targeted mailing list cost?
Lists are priced per record and quoted together with your mailing: saturation lists cost the least, targeted consumer and business lists more as you add selections, and specialty data such as new movers the most. Ask for counts and a quote through the form; there is no obligation.
Where does your mailing list data come from?
From national consumer and business databases compiled from public records, property and deed data, phone and directory sources, surveys and opt-in sources, updated monthly and run against USPS move data. We do not sell lists built from anything a consumer has not made available.
Can I get a list of new homeowners in my area?
Yes. New homeowner and new mover lists are updated weekly from deed recordings and move data, so you can mail every household that arrived in your ZIP codes or radius that week, usually while they are still deciding who to call.
Can you exclude my current customers from a purchased list?
Yes. Send us your customer file and we suppress it from the purchased list before counting, so you pay only for prospects and your customers do not receive a new-customer offer.
How accurate are purchased mailing lists?
Address deliverability is typically 95% or better after CASS and NCOA processing, which we run on every list before mailing. Demographic selections are modeled and will not be perfect for every household; the goal is a list where your customer type is heavily over-represented, which is what lifts response.
